I have a passion for creating elegant and high performing desktop and mobile experiences. When I started designing for the web, it was common practice for designers to code their own work. I learned to write pixel perfect code while developing my skill in design. As the web became more dynamic through the adoption of CSS and scripting languages I kept up with trends. User flows continued to become more and more complex. UI elements became more interactive and visual.
I enjoy developing user experiences from concept to wireframes to high fidelity prototypes through development to the live product. My experience in user behavioral testing has helped inform my user experience and interface design. I have been able to facilitate A/B testing, heat mapping and analysis of user experiences. After many tests over multiple verticals I was able to determine some global user trends that inform my user experience design to this day. These insights have been valuable for driving performance and conversion rate optimization for all of the projects I have led. I am always approaching user experience design with a lens of breaking down barriers for users. The simplest solution is almost always the best one.
